DESCRIPTION
The object of the contract is to support the Contracting Authority during the process of preparing and finalizing the optimal form of Partnership and selecting the most appropriate Private Partnership Entity (PIP), which in the context of a Public-Private Partnership will undertake the study, the construction, financing, maintenance and management (in order of safekeeping, insurance) of the Integrated Solid Waste Management System of Rhodes Island, within the scope and requirements determined by the Contracting Authority with the assistance of the Consultant.
