Today, EBRD and the the consortium "Deloitte Greece, FCNC Financial Advisors (former Ergani Finance), Lambadarios Law Firm, Doxiadis Associates, VM&A", have signed the Framework Agreement.

VM&A is is the Environmental and Social (E&S) Advisor, as well as the Technical Advisor.
