Description of the job
"VM & A Consulting Engineers A.E.", based in Athens and specializing in the provision of design and consulting services for environmental infrastructure projects (water resources and waste), is looking for a partner:
Engineer or Scientist with experience in water resources and waste management
Basic duties:
• Preparation of water resources and waste management plans
• Preparation of collection at source routing program and recycling plans
• Preparation of feasibility studies and design of water resources and waste management plans
• Consulting for then maturation, financing and monitoring of water resources and waste management plans
Qualifications required:
• Polytechnic or University Diploma with specialization in environmental issues
• At least 5 years of work experience in a related field
• Excellent computer knowledge (MS OFFICE)
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
Desired qualifications:
o Master's degree in a related subject
o Knowledge and skills in:
o Preparation of technical studies of water resources and waste management projects
o GIS (ARCGIS or ArcMap) and Autocad
